Ministry Formation
Ministry Formation is a personal and group process rooted in Catholic values and tradition demonstrated in the lives and ministries of the Brothers of St. Stephen, Anambra State. Nigeria. The process of ministry formation aims to: Education apostolate of the youths, orphans, poor and destitute children. We catch them young through education apostolate.

When men join Brothers of St. Stephen, BSS, their vocation is not discerned based on their academic achievement, but on their calling and generosity to respond to God’s invitation to religious life.
Many men need to have ongoing studies for the ministry to which God is calling them.
